Many pieces are designed to be worn in versatile ways — headpieces can fit different hairstyles, or become a necklace with the addition of a clasp. Some pieces are one of a kind, or made from vintage gems in limited quantity.

Designer appearances are scheduled at various salons each month, offering brides an opportunity for personal styling by our designers and a preview of the newest collections.
Renee Pawele has consulted the largest bridal salon in Orange County, California in their sales, operations and inventory and has transitioned this experience to mini boutiques inside bridal salons around the country. Each mini boutique has a unique selection of featured designs and unique one of a kind designs created just for that upscale bridal salon.
With a distinct viewpoint in bridal style, Renee Pawele’s work is frequently featured in fashion editorials and articles in the pages of Inside Weddings, Orange County Bride, Ceremony, Phoenix Bride and Groom, St.Regis Weddings, Orange County Register, Riviera magazine, Grace Armonde and US Weekly. Renee is a frequent guest witter for blogs and her designs have been been featured on brides on the reality show “Say YES to the Dress”.

As a graduate of the University of Southern California Business Entrepreneur program, Renee Pawele has been designing for her own company for a decade. Her collection debuted at Nordstrom’s in southern California shortly after she married her college sweetheart.
You can find Renee frequently on salon sales floors styling brides and training sales consultants on completing the perfect bridal look. She loves spending her time traveling, remodeling, staying in boutique hotels, and studying martial arts.
Renee is living her dream in Laguna Beach with her husband, two children, an Olde English bulldog and a giant tortoise.

Growing up in Orange County, Sean spent his time surfing and working within a family business. He ran a leading machine tool manufacturing company for the past 15 years. Traveling throughout the world ignited his passion for fashion and design and he long looked forward to an opportunity to change industries.
After opening the first Renee Pawele Bride Boutique in Costa Mesa, Sean was determined to bring Renee Pawele designs to a wider audience. Sean brings his knowledge of manufacturing process, inventory control, sales stategy to our team. His focus on operational efficiency and financial management keep our designers focused on success!
Sean has been married to Renee for 14 years and has 2 children, Ethan and Eva. In his down time, you will find Sean traveling or studying Martial Arts.

Director of Production
Marie immigrated to the United States from Poland in her 20′s working in design and manufacturing while raising a family of three girls. Renee was the only daughter to embrace her construction skills and sewing machine. Marie began passing down her skills to Renee until she begged her to join her team.
Marie has been a key member on the Renee Pawele design team since the beginning years. As the head of our veil construction, Marie’s lifelong experience of couture construction gives a touch of European flavor to our design team. She brings a new perspective in traditional and vintage design as well as expertise in hand dying and beading.
Marie keeps very busy with her five grandchildren and enjoys taking long walks, and playing Suduku.
